In order to benefit from this graft, the recipient must have most of their blood drained off and replaced with that of a [[Balor (3.5e Monster)|balor]]. This causes a burning sensation throughout their whole body which never quite abates, but in return, they gain some of the balor's legendary powers.

The user gains cold resistance 20. Additionally, any creature that passes through or ends its move within the reach of the user is dealt 1d6 damage, plus one damage per character level of the user. Lastly, the user's melee attacks (provided that they don't have extraordinary reach) deal an additional 1d6 damage, plus one damage per character level of the user.
