The target is crushed by the entire atmosphere rushing inward resulting in greater and greater dangers and threats.  On a successful [[Fortitude]] save the creature merely experiences a violent pressure change that deafens the target for 1 hour and deals 4d6 points of damage.  However on a failed save they begin to suffer the following effects.

A successful save deals 5d6 damage from pressure and negates progressing down the chart but does not stop the spell effect, while a failed save drops down the chart by one and deals the listed pressure damage.  Creatures or objects killed or destroyed by this spell are crushed into a crude sphere, destroying their body.
