|benefit=You gain 1 point per [[Constitution]] bonus (minimum 0).  As a swift action, you can consume one of these points to grant yourself either a +5 increase in movement speeds for your turn, a +2 increase to any physical ability check or skill check (such as a Dexterity check, or a Concentration check), or to increase your initiative by +2 (taken as an immediate action upon rolling initiative).

If you run out of points, you are rendered fatigued for 5 rounds.  Points return after 1 minute of rest, or 5 rounds after running out of points (regardless if you were fatigued or not).
