|benefit=As long as you have a divination spell of 4th level or higher available to cast, you gain the ability to alter the threads of fate. As a free action usable outside of your turn, you may take 1 point of [[SRD:Ability Burn|Ability Burn]] to your casting ability score, upon doing so you may have any d20 re-rolled. You may use this ability multiple time but never more than once per roll.  

If you cause a creature to re-roll into a Natural 20 or a Natural 1, you suffer a more intense backlash from fate. You lose spells as if you took a Negative level in addition to the [[SRD:Ability Burn|Ability Burn]]. 

As a secondary benefit, you gain a +1 competence bonus to your caster level when casting divination spells.
