It is a powerful emblem of the victory of the Gods and count as a [[SRD:Holy Symbol|Holy Symbol]] for casting and other effects. It grant whoever wears it the ability to cast as a 1st level [[SRD:Cleric|Cleric]] after being worn for 24 hours, this does not stack with existing divine casting. It does grant a +4 bonus on [[SRD:Leadership|Leadership]] check with religious followers.

If a divine caster wearing it has the True Believer<sup>[[Publication:Magic Item Compendium|MIC]]</sup> she gain an additional domain granted by her deity as long as the crown is worn.
