|benefit=Your face has either been melted smooth or had a metal plate welded into place on top of it. You are now permanently [[SRD:Blinded|blind]], [[SRD:Deafened|deaf]], and unable to speak. Although, you now no longer have to breathe or eat in order to survive, and you gain [[SRD:Blindsight and Blindsense|blindsight]] out to 30 feet, and [[SRD:Telepathy|telepathy]] out to a range of 100 feet. Also, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus on [[SRD:Intimidate Skill|intimidate]] checks, a -2 penalty on [[SRD:Disguise Skill|disguise]] checks, and [[SRD:Sense Motive Skill|sense motive]] checks made against you take a -2 penalty.
