|fluff=With its guts spilling out, the assassin laughed maniacally. Suddendly, the intestines jolted forward, hitting the sorcerer.
|benefit=You develop a sort of lips on your belly. You may open and close this slit, revealing your intestines inside. When you open it, part of your guts exits the hole and you may use them as a [[Feral Strike (3.5e Variant Rule)|feral strike]] in the form of a one-handed slam attack that deals 1d6 of bludeoning damage with a 20/x2 critical threat. If the slit is closed, the guts inside count as hidden for the purpose of attacks, but you may extract them as a free action.

While your guts are out, you are more vulnerable to disease, poison and similar effects, suffering a -4 to Fortitude saves against these effects.
