|benefit=You may select certain [[SRD:Aberration Type|aberrations]] to accompany you as an [[SRD:Druid's Animal Companion|animal companion]], if you so wish. If you do choose to have a [[SRD:Aberration Type|aberration]] as an animal companion, of course, the [[SRD:Aberration Type|aberration]] has good [[SRD:Saving Throw#Will|Will save]] and bad [[SRD:Saving Throw#Fortitude|Fortitude]] and [[SRD:Saving Throw#Reflex|Reflex save]], instead of what is normal for an animal companion. Once you are of sufficiently high level, you can select your [[SRD:Aberration Type|aberration]] companion from one of the following lists, applying the indicated adjustment to your druid level (in parentheses) for purposes of determining the [[SRD:Aberration Type|aberration's]] characteristics and special abilities:
