|benefit=As a full-round action which provokes an attack of opportunity, you can attune yourself to an energy type, choosing between acid, cold, electricity and fire. While attuned to that energy type, you deal +2 damages of that energy type on all your melee attacks. You remain attuned to an energy until you attune to another, rest for 8 hours or expend it (see below).
