|benefit=Once per round, you may perform an 'heavy kick' unarmed strike. This unarmed strike deals damage as if it was one size category larger, counts a two-handed weapon for the purpose of [[SRD:Power Attack|Power Attack]] and damage calculation. When making a [[SRD:Trip|trip]] attempt or [[SRD:Bull Rush|bull rush]] with a 'heavy kick', you gain a +4 bonus on your [[Strength]] check and deal your [[Strength]] modifier in non-lethal damage if you are successful.

On the other hand, a heavy kick cannot benefit from any fist weapons, like a [[Battlefist (3.5e Equipment)|battlefist]] and count as one-handed weapon for the purpose of [[SRD:Two-Weapon Fighting|Two-Weapon Fighting]] instead of a light weapon.
