|benefit=You gain a [[SRD:Gaze|gaze attack]], with a range of 30 feet (9 meters), that you may employ only when wielding the weapon for which you have the Weapon Focus feat. The gaze deals 1d4 of the same damage type as your weapon, +1d4 per point of enhancement bonus the weapon has. Targets may make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + 1/2 your HD + your weapon's enhancement bonus) to avoid being blinded by the attack. You must wait 1d4 rounds between uses of this ability.
|example=The gaze attack counts as if having the [[Metal (3.5e Descriptor)|Metal descriptor]] for any purpose. Any other property of the weapon you wield is applied to the gaze attack (such as extra damage from its weapon enchantment), if possible.
