|benefit=The first round after the creature roll his initiative, it rears up on its hind legs, uttering a terrifying cry, and it falls back heavily on the ground, causing a powerfull seismic shock which unbalance all creatures around it in a roar of terror. This full-round action provoke no attacks of opportunity and force every creature within 240 ft to success a [[Will]] saves (DC = 10 + 1/2 HDs of the creature + [[Charisma]] modifier + size bonus to [[Intimidate]] skill) or becoming [[Shaken]] for the encounter. The creatures on the ground must also success a [[Balance]] skill check (DC = 10 + 1/2 HDs of the creature + [[Strength]] modifier) to avoid becoming [[Prone]]. A creature which become prone by this effect take a penality of -8 on his [[Initiative]] as long as it is [[Prone]] by this effect. 

This ability is supernatural and stacks with the [[Frightful Presence]] with following details. A creature which is Panicked by the [[Frightful Presence]] must also make a [[Will]] saving throw to avoïd becoming [[Shaken]] by the effect of this feat, and the [[Shaken]] condition (granted by this feat) will be applied after all the rounds under the panicked condition (granted by the [[Frightful Presence]]). A creature creature which is [[Shaken]] by the [[Frightful Presence]] must also make a [[Will]] saving throw. In case of failure, it is [[At Bay (3.5e Condition)|At Bay]] instead of being [[Shaken]] (by the [[Frightful Presence]]), and it during for the rest of the encounter.
