There's a spell like this in the spell compendium with the same name. The effect is almost the same, except for the unusual violation of summoning in mid air. Was this intended as a replacement to the SpC Mass Mount spell? I'm tempted to slap on a disclaimer letting people know this is not the Mass Mount from the SpC. -- [[User:Eiji-kun|Eiji-kun]] ([[User talk:Eiji-kun|talk]]) 19:03, 16 March 2017 (MDT) | There's a spell like this in the spell compendium with the same name. + | Thanks for fixing it. I am a bit new to this. I did not know of the spell in the compendium. I just used mass enlarge person as a template since enlarge person is the same spell level as mount. As for the violation it wasn't until the day after I posed it I found that rule. I know I should delete it but then I started thinking about why is there that rule? Fluff and Mechanical/Balance wise. I am considering making a variant rule that allows those who are specialists and/or focused in a school or sub-school to be able to go deeper into whatever dogma in the fluff is the reason for such stipulations or do the opposite and violate what ever tenants there may be in that school for odd effects. I don't know yet how to mechanically move forward with this however. I know you seem very knowledgeable in homebrew and are not afraid to try things out. Do you have any suggestions on where to go with this? | ||

Fixed the title, it read Mass Mount(3.5e Spell) instead of Mass Mount (3.5e Spell).
