Gorgons are ornery cow-like creatures, so naturally it was only time until someone tried to milk one. Well, if you can actually manage that task, the milk provides the base ingredient for the potion most folk associate with gorgon's milk. There was a rumor going around that "gorgon" actually referred to a medusa, but we can't recommend that as an alternative.
Gorgon's milk is sweet and smooth with a mildly greenish hue. It is most often brewed in larger batches that produce 6 decanters.
A decanter of gorgon's milk potion grants the drinker a +5 bonus against petrification for 5 hours.
There is a 10% chance upon consumption that the drinker gains DR 1/Bludgeoning. However, such a granted effect also reduces the beverage's duration from 5 hours to 1 hour.
Prerequisites: Brew Potion, barkskin, the milk of a gorgon.
Cost to Create: 25 gp, 2 EXP, 1 day.
