When 1 point of energy is channeled through the Helmet of Metal Feathers as a standard action, all creatures other than the wearer within 40' take 10 points of nonlethal damage and must make a Will save (DC 17) or be stunned for 1d6 rounds.
Prerequisites: Weave Angreal with Helmet of Metal Feathers learned in place of a weave.
Cost to Create: 10000 gp, 250 exp, 20 days.
