Enervate Spell [Metamagic]
Your spells chanel necrotic energy.
Tier: Heroic
Prerequisite: Non-good alignment
Benefit: You gain enervate spell as an at-will power

Effect: You take a – 1 Penalty to attack rolls made as part of the spell, and the spell gains the necrotic keyword. All damage from the spell is necrotic damage, and you gain a +2 bonus to all damage rolls made as part of the spell. | |
Decrease the penalty to 0 at 21st level. |
