Granted, there's no saving throw, but that still puts it at the same level as the eldritch blast of most VH-adjusted warlock classes. Plus it's cold damage so it's subject to resistances. Cone of Disapproval

- Could we compromise on polar ray? The SRD criminally overlevels a single-target ranged touch attack. Granted, there's no saving throw, but that still puts it at the same level as the eldritch blast of most VH-adjusted warlock classes. Plus it's cold damage so it's subject to resistances.
