A character wearing fullcloak gain cover while taking the total defense action, by shielding themselves completely with their cloak, this cannot be used to hide. On the other hand the cloak is easy to grab, any opponent attempting to initiate a grapple with you gain a +4 bonus on their initial touch attack and you lose the fullcloak armor bonus when you are caught flat-footed.  Finally a fullcloak also occupy your shoulder slot. </onlyinclude>
