You sculpt a number of beings from the surrounding soil. At the very end of this power, the beings gain color and texture, becoming real.
Create fully-grown, memoryless creatures of one specific race with a total encounter level equal to your manifester level. No individual creature may have more than 2 Hit Dice. They start out Friendly towards you.
Augment:
- You can spend 2 additional power points to reduce the manifesting time to 5 minutes, or 5 additional power points to reduce the manifesting time to a standard action.
- You can spend 4 additional power points to increase the maximum Hit Dice of individual creatures created in this way by 5.
- You can spend 2 additional power points to increase the range of Racial Genesis to Long, 4 additional power points to increase its range to "1 mile/level" or 6 additional power points to increase its range to "Anywhere on this plane".
