This cup of coffee is suspiciously orange. In spite of its delirious effects, the drink itself brings intense joy and chuckles to its drinker.
Said to be a drink straight from Limbo from a Slaadi restaurant known as the Orange Rat, this drink is superficially similar to coffee save for its suspiciously orange hue. It is said to be actually delicious, bringing an intense joy and giggling fit to its drinker for the next hour, but it is a drug with dangerous effects. After consuming a drink, roll below.

This is a contingent effect which goes into play at the next available opportunity and only occurs once, otherwise there is no duration to how long they remain in contingency or how many you can have. Additional doses of covfefe incur additional contingencies, and those addicted to the drink could have an endless stockpile of curses waiting to happen to them. A remove curse spell can remove the effect of one cup of covfefe.
