Balance
A balance weapon possess innate power which is baneful to all creatures of the alignment extremes. A balance weapon deals an extra 2d4 damage against creatures with a lawful, chaotic, good, or evil alignment. A balance weapon subdues the alignment forces, stripping away any alignment requirement on damage reduction or regeneration from the creature for 1 round.
A balance weapon is strangely calming, causing lawful, chaotic, good, or evil creatures with 4 HD or less who were struck to suffer a 20% chance of being unable to perform any hostile actions for the round.
A balance weapon do not function in the hand of an creature which is not true neutral. If held by a non-true neutral creature it start burning as per heat metal, which deals half fire and half divine damage, until the weapon is discarded and 1 round after.
Moderate evocation; CL 7th; Craft Magical Arms and Armor, scales of balance, creator must be true neutral; Price +2.
