Full-Power Burst [General] Prerequisites: Must be able to initiate anima wave, anima blast or anima explosionBenefit: When initiating a strike with the [Force] descriptor from the Anima River, you may spend a swift action prior of initiating it to put your full-power behind it. Upon doing so it will do maximum damage to obstruction and cover and even destroy [force] effects in the way, it deal damage as if you were two initiator levels higher and if it bring a creature to 0 hit points or lower it utterly destroy it and any mundane equipment it possessed. If a creature had the ability to regenerate from ashes or similar ability, there is 10% chance that absolutely nothing is left for it to regenerate. The chance increase by 5% for each level you have above it CR.

Unleashing a Full-Power Blast prevent the recovery of the maneuver for 1 hour on the first uses, on the second uses it simply prevent the maneuver from being recovered until the initiator next rest. It double the duration or damage dealt by any backlash the blast may last. Special: At a GM's Discretion this may apply maneuvers from other discipline or other similar ability, at which point the prerequisites change as appropriate. If used on an ability with limited uses (such as spontaneous spell-like ability, spell or power), it consume twice the amount of limited uses each uses instead of having a cooldown.
