Magic of the Planetary Alignment [Metamagic]
Prerequisites: Magic of the Stars Canvas OR Profession (Astrologer) 12 ranks, Non-Evil alignment, Caster 8th level.Benefit: Only once per day, when you cast a spell, you can take a full round to casting it using the power of the planetary alignment. Declare a number and roll a d3. If the result is the same as the declared number, then declare another one and roll a d4. If the result is the same as the declared number, then declare another one and roll a d6 and so on, you do this with a d8, a d10, a d12, and a d20. If at any moment you have a result different than the declared number OR if you successful have declared seven consecutive correct numbers, stop declaring numbers and apply below effects depending of the number of consecutive numbers you have successful declared :
1+: You provoke no attack of opportunity by casting this spell, and you gain a bonus of +2 per consecutive correct number declared in caster level check to overcome the Spell Resistance.
2+: Immediatelly after the spell is cast, you gain a number of HP equal to the level of the spell per consecutive correct numbers declared.
3+: The DCs of the spell are increased by +2 per consecutive correct numbers declared.
4+: The spell act as if is affected by either the effect of Enlarge Spell feat OR Widen Spell feat (your choice) without using a higher spell slot, if it is applicable.
5+: The spell act as if is affected by either the effect of Extend Spell feat OR Reach Spell feat (your choice) without using a higher spell slot, if it is applicable.
6+: The spell act as if is affected by either the effect of Maximize Spell feat OR Empower Spell feat (your choice) without using a higher spell slot, if it is applicable.
7+: The casted spell cost no XP, no material component, require no focus component, bypass all dead magic zone or antispell effect, and use no spell slot.
Only once each time you use this feat, and only if you are under a starry night, you can reroll one dice which result is different than the number you have declared for the effect of this feat. Also, the result of the dice rolled in the application of this feat cannot be changed or rerolled by other effect than the one described in this feat (Such as the effects of the Luck feats for example).
Special: If you use this Metamagic feat on a spell, you cannot modify the spell with another Metamagic feat or other similar effect in the same time.
