Soundproof FoamEdit

Soundproof foam come in tiled blocks to place on the walls, ceiling, floors, and doors on structures. They can be placed on the inner or outer wall, or built into the wall between spaces. Either way, walls with soundproof foam have sound traversing through them greatly reduced, increasing the DC to listen to any activity inside of a room by +30. If only part of the room is covered, the wall which is covers only grants a +10 bonus (and no bonus on uncovered walls). In addition, the structure quarters any sonic damage before applying any hardness, even if sonic damage would normally bypass hardness.

Walls, floors, ceilings, or doors can be soundproofed at the cost of 300 gp per 100 square feet of space, and 3 inches thick (that is, 10' x 10' x 3"). It is created from alchemically treated fibers pulped into a slurry and filled with air, making it very light, spongy, and flexible under stress. It has hardness 1 and 10 hp per 3 inches.

Craft Alchemy DC 30; Price 300 gp per 100 sq. ft..
