I don't think this sort of feat is a good idea, and it has the problem that the effects that replace each other don't strictly overlap and aren't effective vs the same set of people.

The effects

The above, plus they gain the Flaming magical weapon effect.
+11: Flaming is replaced by Sun.
+16: Sun is replaced by Vorpal.
So your weapons become less effective against constructs, oozes, and the like when you level to 16? Also, which version of the enchantments are you using?

Not the unsigned poster above, but what the heck is a "Sun" enhancement? -- Eiji-kun (talk) 03:35, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
Almost certainly these, as the author of this feat is also the author of that revised magic item system. - Tarkisflux Talk 03:58, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
(OP) Should specify that, then. First point still stands; initially a burn effect is added, which is replaced by blind and then death. These are effective against different sets of creatures. --76.240.160.62 06:41, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
A possible fix: the weapon wielder can choose which effect is applied as a non-action simultaneous with his attack. Another possible fix: replace Vorpal with Ruin, so that the capstone ability of the feat is 'Your weapon does weapon damage to everything in the multiverse', which is suitably thematic. --Chuckg (talk) 21:19, 13 August 2016 (UTC)
