At Bay

At Bay is a status effect which reflect cautious fear. A creature can be At Bay from a specific source such as a creature, all hostile creature or even a more open-ended thing such as bodies of water or flames.

Whenever a creature is At Bay it take penalties as if it were Shaken, whenever it attack you must Fight Defensively and it move at half speed whenever it attempt to approach the source of it fear.
