Upon casting this spell, you wreathe an incoming ranged attack, ray, or area of effect in a sheet of telekinetic energy. You then proceed to redirect it to any area within range. The attack roll, caster level, DCs and other variables of the redirected attacks are not altered, you simply select a new target or area for the effect.
If the attacker's BAB (for a weapon attack), caster level (for a spell) or hit dice (for a supernatural effect) is equal or higher than your caster level. You must make a caster level check with a of DC 11 + the relevant variable, or else the spell fails to redirect the attack. This spell may only redirect spells and spell-like ability and effect of 4th level or lower, no matter your own caster level.
Telekinetic Redirection II
School evocation; Level psychic 6
This spell behaves as the telekinetic redirection I spell, except that if you redirect a ranged attack or other effect which requires an attack roll, you may replace it with an attack roll of your own. For this attack roll, you use your caster level as your base attack bonus and your casting ability modifier instead of your Dexterity.
This spell may only redirect spells and spell-like ability and effect of 6th level or lower, no matter your own caster level.
Telekinetic Redirection III
School evocation; Level psychic 8
This spell behaves as the telekinetic redirection II spell, except it may redirect spells and spell-like ability and effect of any level.
Telekinetic Redirection IV
School evocation; Level psychic 9
Casting time: Standard Action
Duration: Concentration
This spell redirects all incoming ranged attacks, rays and area of effect as long as the caster concentrates as per telekinetic redirection III. You may allow incoming attacks to pass through. Attacks which you are not aware of are not redirected.
