Shocktouch

A dangerous enhancement placed upon armor that deliver a powerful shock. The wearer of this armor can activate it as a swift action, causing the armor to surge with electricity for 1 round. If a creature succeed on a touch attack against the wearer while doing it take 1d8 electricity damage. If the target was grappling the wearer, the damage increase to 2d8 and the grappling creature must succeed a DC 18 Fortitude save or automatically fail it next grapple check, usually allowing you to escape or pin.

If the user is standing in conductive liquid (such as water) while she activate this enhancement, the liquid around her is electrified causing all creature within 20 feet (including the wearer) to take 2d8 electricity damage.

The electricity damage dealt by this enhancement increase by +2 for each +1 enhancement bonus on the armor. This enhancement can be used for 20 rounds per day, uses need not to be consecutive.
