Something that big shouldn't exist! You should be composed of mostly leg bones!

Pulling strange alien physics from an alternate universe, you enforce their bizarre physics onto your world. Large or larger creatures find themselves increasingly difficult to hold themselves upward. The effect changes depending on the size of the creature in question, as shown below.

Size Effect
Large Creature is treated as if under heavy encumbrance.
Huge As above, and creature is rendered immobile. If they fall prone, they must stand up as a standard action.
Gargantuan As above, but they take 2d6 damage each round from stress and must make a DC 10 Balance check each round or risk falling prone. They take a -4 penalty to attack rolls and skill checks.
Colossal and larger As above, but the creature falls prone and is also staggered.

Those that fail the save get a save each round to resist, but it only reduces the effect to the next size category smaller for that round.

A successful initial save reduces the effect by one size category, and drops the duration to 1 round. For Large creatures this is save negates.
