Nealan's Erotic Gaze
Transmutation
Level: Bard 2, Sorcerer/Wizard 2
Components: S
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One creature
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: No

Nealan's original spell proved a little too successful, which meant that pranking others with it became a challenge. This led to the development of this spell, which was first demonstrated in a class presentation for one of Professor Ashe's classes, when Nealan happened to be presenting on a deliberately dull topic. Some claim that this spell was actually what led to the development of Ashe's mind lance .

If the target is performing any action that requires concentration, the action immediately fails, but any resources expended to use it (such as components or spell slots) are still lost. Additionally, the embarrassing side-effects of this spell make the target flustered, giving them a -2 penalty on any skill check that requires focus or concentration for 1 round.

During the caster's turn, they can choose to focus their gaze on another creature in range as a standard action. That creature must make a successful Will save or be affected by this spell. This can be done on a creature that has already been affected by this spell before if you want.
