Scare Tactics
Eloquent Speech (Strike) [Mind-Affecting]
Level: 4
Prerequisite: Two Eloquent Speech Maneuvers
Initiation Action: 1 standard action
Range: Medium (100 ft. +10 ft./level)
Targets: Any number of creatures
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: Will negates

"You'd better leave"

You may make a DC 30 Intimidate check as you initiate this maneuver. If it fails, the maneuver fails as well.

Each creature that fails its save is shaken for the duration. If you succeeded on the Intimidate check, creatures that fail their Will saves must repeat their Will saves until they succeed, becoming shaken again (which stacks to worse levels of fear) each time.
