Time is relative; it's only worth depends on what we do as it is passing.

Way of the Time Phaser

All Monks train in Ki, each a different aspect of it. Monks who train in the Way of the Time Phaser specifically train in the aspect of time. All life changes over time, going through different phases. Time Phasers learn to harness each phase of Ki from the past, present, and future. Their method that is quite similar to the studies of chronomancy, and as such Wizards often call these monks Time Phasers. Time Phasers make deadly combatants; using time to alter themselves and their allies, or even to alter the world around them.

Strikes from the Past

Beginning at 3rd level, the nature of your unarmed strikes changes. You now gain attack bonuses for every successful consecutive hit you make. On your turn, you gain a +2 bonus to the attack rolls to your unarmed strikes for each time you successfully hit a creature, to a maximum of +6. This bonus resets to 0 if you take damage on your turn.

Strikes from the Future

Beginning at 6th level, your unarmed strikes receive another improvement. You now gain damage bonuses for every successful consecutive hit you make. It works the same as the Strikes from the Past feature and follows the same restrictions (being that the maximum bonus you can get is still a +6).

Future State

When you get to 11th level, you learn to speed or slow down the future of yourself and others. You may spend 4 Ki points to cast the Haste or Slow spells.

Present's Halt

Upon reaching 17th level, you've mastered the ultimate time-phasing technique. You can spend 8 Ki points to cast the Time Stop spell. When you do so, taking actions that affect other creatures doesn't end the spell early.

Optional Rule

Since this subclass involves Monks studying and figuring out the complexity of time, you can change how you control your Ki. When you choose this subclass you can change the nature of your Unarmored Defense and Ki features, by replacing wisdom as the main modifier with your intelligence modifier. Meaning your AC for your Unarmored Defense is instead 10 + your dexterity modifier + your intelligence modifier. Also your Ki features change by making your save DC for it instead 8 + your proficiency bonus + your intelligence modifier.
