Unofficial Description: Bavlorna, along with Skabatha and Endelyn form the Hourglass Coven. She is a powerful fey hag.

Bavlorna, known as Slack-jawed Lorna, has a toad-like face that often hangs open. Her flesh appears mummified and she has long, spindly arms and legs. She is impatient with others and vindictive. She prefers her own company, even going to the extreme of making tiny minatures of herself, called Lornlings.

Ranged Spell Attack Create Lornlings (Recharge 5-6). Spellcasting (Intelligence, Recharge 5-6).  Bonus Actions Swallow. Bavlorna swallows a Small or smaller creature she is grappling, ending the grapple on it. The swallowed creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside Bavlorna, and it takes 10 (3d6) acid damage at the start of each of its turns.
