This spell is often used by wizards who have a little more experience. It produces a burst of clashing colours that leaves its targets disoriented, blind or possibly even unconscious.
Each creature in the area is affected based on its CR relative [CL].

A creature that cannot see is Immune.
Enhanced: Treat the creature's CR relative [CL] as being one step less favourable to the creature (e.g. if it would normally be in the '1-2 lower' category, it is treated as if it were in the '3 or more lower' category.
Diminished: Treat the creature's CR relative [CL] as being one step more favourable to the creature (e.g. if it would normally be in the '1-2 lower' category, it is treated as if it were in the 'equal or higher' category.
Immune: No effect.
Augment (+5 levels): This spell's duration becomes Recovery and Slot. As long as the spell remains expended, the caster may use the spell again, but without expending it again. All other costs remain the same.
