The effects of Loaded Scabbard stances change depending on the Position you are in:
Sheathed: You may make an Iaijutsu Focus check in place of the base 10 of your AC. Your weapon ends in the Vertical Position after this.
Vertical: You may make an Iaijutsu Focus check opposed by attacker's Sense Motive. If you succeed, you may redirect their attack to another target they threaten. Your weapon ends in the Pointing Position after this.
Pointing: You may make an Attack of Opportunity on your attacker. If the AoO hits, the opponent's attack is canceled. Your weapon ends in the Horizontal Position after this.
Horizontal: You may make an Iaijutsu Focus check opposed by the attacker's Sense Motive. If you succeed, pass through the enemy's square to end up behind them dealing weapon damage +3d4. This Movement does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity. Your weapon ends in the Sheathed Position after this.
Special: Opponents may substitute an Iaijutsu Focus check for their Sense Motive check if they so desire.
