This enormous dinosaurian creature is much more than its basic and gentle appearance would suggest. It stands on two muscular hind legs ending in blunt claws. Its forelegs end in thick digits capable of manipulating objects or moving its young or eggs with care and grace, but otherwise lack the refined wrist control to wield objects well as tools or weapons.

Its head is long with teeth for an omnivorous diet, as the agile frame of its body suggests that it often keeps on the move. A large red, hard node is prominent upon its forehead. Its tail is long and held in the air as it steps smoothly. Its skin is otherwise fairly smooth, with pebbled iridescent scales of a pale blue and purple, fading to milky white along its belly. Faint stripes and patterns arise along its surface running from the tip of its tail to its head.

It is a generally quiet creature, with choice vocalizations, preferring to emote and communicate with gestures. When it does speak, it can mimic the sounds of creatures it has heard with incredible accuracy.

The creatures are known to be fierce and protective of their young, with mothers staying close by their brood for years as they grow into adults.

A galaxiasaurus can walk on just its two hind legs if it needs to, reducing its speed to 30 feet.

Combat[edit]

A galaxiasaurus prefers to avoid combat if possible, leaving its potential predators in a sense of indifference with its calls and vocalizations. If forced into a fight, such as when defending its young, it whips with its tail or tramples over opponents, using its bulk to its advantage.

Audiomime (Ex): A galaxiasaurus can mimic the vocalizations of other creatures. If it hears a creature use an ability with a vocal component, it may attempt to disrupt that ability if it uses it again that encounter by mimicking the component off-time as the creatures vocalizes. As an immediate action Bluff check, an audiomiming galaxiasaurus may throw off a creature as it uses an ability with a vocal component, causing a 50% failure chance on the ability.

It can communicate with other dinosaurian creatures as if by speak with animals and by a druid's wild empathy ability (1d20 + its HD + Charisma modifier), but with a distance limited to their mutual ability to hear each other instead of 30 feet.

It may also make a Bluff check opposed by a Listen check as it mimics a creature's voice it has heard as an audio-based disguise.

Crush (Ex): A galaxiasaurus that hits with its crush attack on a natural 20 knocks targets smaller than itself prone. It may attempt to otherwise knock an opponent prone with this attack by taking a –4 penalty on its attack roll and successfully hitting.

Rapid Healing (Ex): The creature possesses rapid healing 9 (equal to its HD total).

Trample (Ex): Reflex half DC 24. The save DC is Strength-based.

Whipcrack (Ex): A galaxiasaurus that hits with its tail attack on a natural 20 deals an additional 1d10 sonic damage.

Skills: It gains a +4 racial bonus on Autohypnosis, Heal, Listen, Sense Motive, Spellcraft and Spot skill checks. It may use these skills untrained.
