A terrifying creature, the Maneater Gargoyle look like a bulky horrendously ugly human or orc with facial bat-like features and stony skin. It possess a large set of deadly claws and monstrously powerful jaw capable of crushing rib cages and spines like a overly ripe fruit. The Maneater Gargoyle is a simple minded hunter who prey on humanoid living in settlement within close proximity to it lair, although it can sustain itself on a diet of vermin and fruit if no settlement is present. They will gladly prey on adventurers who come by to loot their lair and usually set up near ancient ruins and the like. Their nest are usually well stocked in treasure and goods... as well the remains of those who used to own them.

A Maneater Gargoyle find their prey by tracking by smell and swipe them off the ground using flyby attack and snatch, once they have a prey secure they kill and then fly away to consume the body.
