Sekhine vampires are undead creatures who can trace their bloodline to a blood-drinking cat goddess. Usually, a sekhine vampire is a cat-like humanoid with feral features. They have large feline golden eyes and large teeth and claws. They feast on the blood of sapient humanoids, but don't usually bother to drink from living beings. Instead they revel in their kills, and drink blood directly from the corpse of their recently slain victims. Unlike a typical vampire, sekhine vampires don't fear the sun.

Powerful female sekhine vampires are blessed with superior power by their goddess, and become priestesses of their kind.

Combat[edit]

Alternate Form (Su): A sekhine vampire can assume a humanoid form or the form of a feral cat.

Blood Scent (Ex): A sekhine vampire has the scent special ability. Furthermore, they can pinpoint the square of any blood-bearing creature at half hit point or lower.

Consume Blood (Ex): A sekhine vampire may consume the blood of a recently slain humanoid as a full-round action, doing so heals the sekhine vampire a number of hit points equal to it own hit dice and the hit dice of the slain humanoid. Once a sekhine vampire has consumed the blood of a creature, it and other sekhine vampires cannot consume it again (unless raised and slain once more).

Pounce (Ex): If a sekhine vampire charges, it can make a full attack.

Weaknesses (Ex): A sekhine vampire recoils like a vampire in the presence of a holy symbol. Additionally it treats any living or preserved house cats as presented holy symbols, living or dead.
