What can be done tomake this Rogue ballance:
suggestions I have had on the chat and my reason for not going there-
1) SA every level... it not somthing i have ever seen before and it sounds to much to me...
2) to add somthing that allows the executinor to SA things normaly immune to SA... dosen't fit the feel of a hitman splatering people out not construkts,undeads and elementals
things im thinging about:
giving it UMD skill back (it had in early drafts but just don't feel right)
