The idea is solid. It needs some work to flesh out the idea a bit more, in addition to fixing grammar, capitalization and punctuation. Other than that, I see no problems with it.

What can be done tomake this Rogue ballance: suggestions I have had on the chat and my reason for not going there- 1) SA every level... it not somthing i have ever seen before and it sounds to much to me... 2) to add somthing that allows the executinor to SA things normaly immune to SA... dosen't fit the feel of a hitman splatering people out not construkts, undeads and elementals

things im thinging about: giving it UMD skill back (it had in early drafts but just don't feel right) ??? help me???Born to Be Wild 19:00, 9 December 2010 (UTC)

Addet UMD and thinking above making cold-bloodet killer give bonus to intimidate and penalty to handle animals to Born to Be Wild 08:43, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
SA every level IS too much, but let's have a look see....
Alright. Well you can have Cold Blooded Killer give a bonus to saves vs Compulsion, and morale penalties. You're ice cold after all.
At 5th, let them coup de grace as a standard action. Then at 10th, coup de grace as an attack action that doesn't provoke. Also at 10th you may coup de grace stunned targets as a full round as normal.
Somewhere they should get a bonus to crits, either a higher range (+1 to the range, added after things like keen) or high multiplier (x2 to x3 and so forth) or just auto-Keened weapons.
Should be able to mass intimidate somewhere.
Should be able to gain a morale bonus to attack/damage for a coup de grace for the rest of the encounter. To prevent bag o' rats tricks, have it insist the target be their CR -4 or higher.
Finally, something to fill in 2nd level, which is weak. Perhaps immunity to fear, after all you've seen it all. -- Eiji-kun 09:19, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
