::Alright. Well you can have Cold Blooded Killer give a bonus to saves vs Compulsion, and morale penalties. You're ice cold after all.
::At 5th, let them coup de grace as a standard action. Then at 10th, coup de grace as an attack action that doesn't provoke. Also at 10th you may coup de grace stunned targets as a full round as normal.
::Somewhere they should get a bonus to crits, either a higher range (+1 to the range, added after things like keen) or high multiplier (x2 to x3 and so forth) or just auto-Keened weapons.
::Should be able to mass intimidate somewhere.
::Should be able to gain a morale bonus to attack/damage for a coup de grace for the rest of the encounter. To prevent bag o' rats tricks, have it insist the target be their CR -4 or higher.
