| This is ok as an idea. If anything it might be overleveled. Deafening is good but not super good, the duration is nothing special, and the change from untyped to sonic damage is basically a non-issue. Would do just fine as a Least or Lesser; Baleful Utterance (aka shatter) is a thing. The only advantage is that it comes on your blast. |
