Brutally Oppressing Modify Memory

It's a spell at the same level (technically, but a significantly lower character level) as modify memory, but with a 60 times longer duration, it's instantaneous, and Bards don't even get it. Apart from the bit where you don't get to add memories, this spell is more powerful than any other memory spell, as I see it. --Foxwarrior 20:32, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
