	Looks solid to me. I like class blending feats, and these things tend to exclude PrCing after it. Its a bit weighted in favor of warlock levels (rogue doesn't have much), but I consider this a flaw of rogue more than anything. Combined with other SA granting classes which have more substantial class features to lose, and there you go.

	The only thing I don't really like is that this gives the biggest thing that rogues get while getting (almost) full warlock progression. In my opinion, the sneak attack progression should be a little slower, or give something else that rogues get instead. If that was changed, I'd prolly upgrade this at least to a like.

How does this feat invalidate builds involving Arcane Trickster? CArc rules specify you can use your invoker level as your caster level, which lets you into Daggerspell Mage, but Arcane Trickster requires Mage Hand and ability to cast 3rd level Arcane spells, which is specifically called out in the rules as not working for a warlock. Regarding dipping, sure, combining SA and EB gives you more d6s, but it also gives you the limitations of both, so your eldritch sneak attack blast now provokes AoOs, is affected by SR, is a standard action instead of an attack action, incurs ASF AND can only have a 30-foot range against a target denied his Dex bonus to AC who is vulnerable to precision damage. Since both EB and SA are advanced every other level, in most cases your total damage is going to be 1d6 per class level, once per round at short range, with a laundry list of limitations, which I feel falls squarely in the High level damage category. Besides, this feat doesn't actually advance your invoker level (which come to think of it IS kinda weird, since you can still get higher levels of invocations, I need to think about that).
