	It has the flavor appropriate to the theme, and has an interesting gimmick in increasing the damage dice and crit multiplier. A feat for 19-20/x3 seems fair. Fleshgrinding is strong, but still worth a feat. I want this weapon now, if only to do the Fleshgrinding Masterslaying trick at a low level. The fact that combo is very in tune with the flavor of the weapon is gravy. I approve.
