| Where to begin...
Formatting is messy, and things are unclear. "Anyone perceiving the spell?" I make a big arcane symbol on the moon with some kind of Symbol Trap. 1/2 the planet is effected, or all of it within a day. It has a Will save to... negate? Partial? It involves Bluff vs Sense Motive, something not universal amongst creatures like Will saves and save DCs are so some people are just screwed by nature. It can deal damage... somehow. It's related to limited wish... somehow. I suppose the idea is that its supposed to do the spell duplication of limited wish in which case you have a 6th level Cast Anything spell casting any 6th level or lower spell. So now with your every-spell in the game which doesn't specify you get any additional saving throws to can deal damage and kill you but write it separately so you can restore it afterward. And if you die, you need to hunt down to soul to convince it otherwise... somehow. And it can be made permanent... somehow. The idea of this Anything Goes spell is absurd on its own, but even if it wasn't the mechanics are non-functional anyway. |

| With the vast array of things you can do with this, I would definitely peg it as unquantifiable, rather than moderate balance range. |
