Cause that's when people can afford it! I don't think that somehow, it's worth it at that point anymore. Also, it specifies that it gives its bonus 'when the user is in danger'. According to whom is this metered? Is it if the user is aware of the danger? Is it somehow aware of danger even if its user isn't? - MisterSinister 10:55, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
