	I really like this one, it got the feeling of a powerful celestial with unique and rather interesting abilities (but not overly gimmicky). It feel powerful without being overpowered, and being capable of commanding a mortal to die is badass.

Given that I've written monsters of a similar kind myself, I can hardly not rate this. I like it for a lot of reasons - firstly, it means there are celestials of a power to compete with the demon lords Cid and I have written, which is something that has always bugged me. The abilities are in-line with what I expect at this kind of level, and it seems to have sufficient tools to handle the sort of things you expect something this powerful to do. My only complaint is that it feels a bit too 'vanilla' for something of this power - I think that each Power would be a highly-unique creature, which warrants a unique name, unique powerset and some artifacts.
