Area and Balance[edit]
I am unsure on this one. The area effect given by this shape is well beyond Least, more of a Lesser or Greater shape. At least it would be if it wasn't delayed, and only hit half the time (admittedly the other part of it is mass movement denial). I thus am trying to see if this can pass as a Least, but even I am not sure. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 20:38, 3 April 2018 (MDT)
