Third Benefit and Reckless Attack[edit]

Seems a bit too strong, since you're basically getting in an extra free attack, up to twice each round. --Ghostwheel (talk) 13:47, 22 December 2017 (MST)

I can see how it might come across that way. But the experience that I've had when this feat is measured alongside the Great Weapon Master feat, it still lags behind. The usual use of a Barbarians Reckless Attack is often to cram out multiple -5/+10's into whatever their target is. The major difference that I've observed from TWF to 2HF is that the 2HF deals more per swing, but hits less often and the TWF has more chances to hit per with less impact. The overall design of the feat was to allow for a more dynamic contribution to the playstyle of the TWF and smoothly closing the gap between the GWF and the TWF. Numerically the GWF still wins out in overall damage output, and that's OK. The feat is supposed to be a more aggressive option for the TWF based characters. Ok, I think I said too much, I'm going to end now before this gets potentially more repetitive.--Gr7mm Bobb (talk) 21:52, 22 December 2017 (MST)
